The Direktorat Inovasi dan Kawasan Sains & Teknologi (DIKST) at Universitas Brawijaya is responsible for managing and developing the university's Science Techno Park (STP) and fostering innovation. As a Consultant/Project Analyst, my role is to conduct strategic planning, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for key initiatives, including the STP and the Smart Dairy Farming program.

TELADAN, which means role model in Indonesian, is a scholarship and training program designed to equip the next generation of Indonesia’s leaders with the skills they need to make a meaningful contribution to the places in which they live and work. Participants are eligible for scholarships that cover the full cost of tuition and a monthly allowance and also receive structured leadership training and mentoring. As Recruitment Ambassador my task was to plan and organize TSA UB activity to promote the 2025 TELADAN Leadership Scholarship recruitment process to the Freshmen in Universitas Brawijaya.

Led the strategic planning and execution of the TELADAN 2025 promotion campaign at Universitas Brawijaya, successfully attracting 950 registrants through innovative outreach initiatives.
