Next Supply Chain Indonesia (NSCI), is a student development organization committed to advancing and optimizing the supply chain sector in Indonesia through equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to drive innovation and efficiency, with the theme "Revolutionizing Supply Chains to Overcome Exclusivity and Reinventing Efficiency"
Over this, I collaborated with my teams to solve the given case provided by PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. The objective was connectivity between the SPMT ports. We proposed a "hub and spoke" model to overcome this challenge, which resulted in an optimized route and helped liquid bulk commodities like CPO be distributed easily. Our proposal helped us to be the top 10 finalists from the 80+ participants across the top Universities in Indonesia.

As a Management Major student, this international conference was an eye-opening experience for Fauzi and allowed him to connect with passionate young SDG activists from 20 countries, hone his leadership skills, and delve deeper into the world of sustainable development.
The summit provided a dynamic platform for:
1. Engaging discussions: he explored various aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), exchanging ideas and brainstorming creative solutions to address pressing global challenges.
2. Skill development: Interactive workshops focused on honing his leadership, negotiation, and project management skills, all essential for driving positive change.
3. Knowledge sharing: Sharing his perspectives on unsustainable project management practices in Indonesia sparked constructive dialogue, highlighting the need for more conscious and responsible business practices.
This international exposure significantly broadened his understanding of the intricate interconnections between business, society, and the environment. The summit ignited a renewed passion within me to contribute to a more sustainable future through responsible management practices.

Management Insight 2023 is an annual event organized by HMDM FEB UB. It features formal discussions with a talk show concept that delves into the latest economic issues. In 2023, the event included a series of quiz competitions on topics such as management, nationalism, and creative economy. It provides a platform for insightful conversations and promotes knowledge sharing in the fields of management and economics.
Through a creative thinking and team works performed in a tight competition, my teams were able to secure First place winner of the competition.
