Product Manager | August 2024 - Present

Lectura is a change initiative developed by TELADAN Leadership Scholarship recipients to enhance students' interest in literacy in Indonesia. We believe a strong literacy interests and skills are the foundation for advancing Indonesia's education and economy. Low literacy rates hinder socio-economic growth and reduce the younger generation's competitiveness on the global stage. The gap in access to quality reading materials drives the need for innovative solutions to reach all levels of society, especially in remote areas. In its initial phase, Lectura will be implemented in Malang city by providing learning website to MAN 2 Kota Malang.

NexGen Brawijaya

Project Analyst | December 2024 - Present

NexGen Consulting Academy is a collaborative program between the Directorate of Innovation & Science Techno Park of Universitas Brawijaya and ShARE UB, designed to prepare students as future Youth Consultants. Through this project, I will gain hands-on experience with real business projects, enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and build a professional network with industry experts.

TSA LEVEL UP

Project Officer | April - May 2024

TSA Level Up is a new project initiated by Tanoto Scholars Association Universitas Brawijaya with the aim of strengthening organization system and branding through benchmarking with TSA Universitas Diponegoro and competent speakers

Impact:

Implemented engaging workshops and seminars on branding and development, resulting in a 50% increase in member participation compared to previous initiatives.
Established partnerships with TSA UNDIP for benchmarking and invited experts in branding and development to facilitating knowledge exchange and enriching the project's content.
Trained 80 TSA UB & TSA UNDIP members in branding and development strategies, equipping them with valuable skills for personal and professional growth

THE TALKS

Project Officer | April - November 2023

The Talks is a Talkshow held By HMDM FEB UB on 28 October 2023, the grand theme of the show is "SDG's and Economic Growth: Building Sustainable Business for a Better Future" with the SDG's goals 8 as it focusses.

Impact:

Securing an impressive IDR 49 million in funding: This testament to the project's potential and impact allowed us to create a truly exceptional experience.

Engaging the audience with esteemed guest stars: Renowned figures like Stanley Sebastian co-founder of 7preneur shared their valuable insights, sparking thought-provoking discussions and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
Selling over 150 tickets: The overwhelming response from the community demonstrated the critical need for these conversations and reaffirmed the relevance of our chosen theme.
Leading 92 people to make the event a success: Under my leadership The Talks 2023 able to deliver an impactful program, and financial success that ensured its sustainability for future iterations.

KEEPING UP WITH THE ALUMNI

Assistant Manager of External Relation | May - September 2023

This project aims to strengthen the Department of Management stakeholders and it showcased my ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and create impactful programs. We facilitated networking events, mentorship opportunities, and career guidance sessions.

Impact:

Coordinated a mentorship session that successfully connected 64 students with alumni mentors, fostering valuable relationships and enhancing students' professional development.
Engaged 12 alumni in program activities, resulting in meaningful contributions to student growth and program success.
Collected and analyzed feedback from participants, with an average satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5.

COMPANY VISIT

Manager of Program Specialist | March - May 2023

This program isn't just a company tour, as the Head of Program Specialist I'm able to create an immersive experience designed to broaden job prospects where participants gain exposure to diverse companies and industries, opening doors to exciting career paths, and also deepen student industry knowledge through firsthand interactions with professionals, participants gain valuable insights into real-world work environments.

Impact:

Organized initiatives that provided over 100 students with exposure to various industries, enhancing their understanding and broadening their career perspectives.
Established new partnerships with 2 companies, expanding the program’s network and providing students with additional resources and opportunities for career development.
Received positive feedback from both students and company partners, with an average satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5, highlighting the effectiveness and value of the program in providing industry exposure.
